Photography Services Agreement

1. Introduction

This Photography Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Photography by Nikki G, hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," effective as of the date of signing.

2. Services Provided

2.1 The Photographer agrees to provide photography services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Event coverage (e.g., weddings, corporate events)

• Portrait sessions (e.g., family portraits, headshots)

• Product photography

• Commercial photography

• Other services as agreed upon by the Parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The Client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer and provide necessary information and assistance to ensure the successful completion of the photography services.

4. Delivery of Images

4.1 The Photographer will deliver the edited high-resolution images to the Client via the agreed-upon method of delivery.

4.2 The delivery timeframe for the images shall be as specified by the Photographer.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

5.1 The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images captured during the session(s) or event(s).

5.2 The Client is granted personal usage rights to the images for non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the agreed-upon fee for the photography services provided.

6.2 Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified by the Photographer.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 In the event of cancellation by the Client, any deposits or payments made may be forfeited.

7.2 The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session(s) or event(s) due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session(s) or event(s).

8.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the images or the Client's breach of any provision of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

9.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the Parties.

10. Agreement to Terms

10.1 By signing this document electronically, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
